J. R. Rodriguez was phenomenal!!!!! J.R. was exceptional. I used to go to Ontario Mercedes and they were ridiculously expensive!! My last visit they gave me a list of repairs they "reco J.R. was exceptional. I used to go to Ontario Mercedes and they were ridiculously expensive!! My last visit they gave me a list of repairs they "recommended". The total came to almost $10,00!!!! My experience with Walter's was exactly the opposite!!! JR Rodriguez was superior and didn't break me financially!!!! He told me my list of recommended repairs and not only did I have all but 2 done, it only cost me $700!!! JR was amazing! Alex Ramirez, the best for service! Last week, I had the privilege to work with Alex about an ongoing issue with my vehicle. I was a bit hesitant due to bad experiences at other location Last week, I had the privilege to work with Alex about an ongoing issue with my vehicle. I was a bit hesitant due to bad experiences at other locations, but upon my arrival I was greated immediately. Alex, was able to get me into a rental, took my car in, listened to me about the issues I was having, and kept me updated during the day. He contacted me shortly after that morning, and explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle, and what was recommended to repair the ongoing issue I had going on. My experience was very good, he was very polite, professional, and most important kept me updated on everything.
