From the beginning, he was very on top of his game I would like to take this opportunity to let the world know about my experience with David Greene. From the beginning, he was very on top of his game, payed attention to all of my concerns and made sure every detail was properly taken care of and met with the up most care leaving NOTHING in turned !!! :-) This is coming from someone who has worked with Disney for 2 decades, which is now the largest entertainment company in the world, we know good service there and David met it and surpassed it with ease, I never had to ask twice ! :-) Thank you so much and I will be back again for sure :-) More

Quick! Responsive! Freindly! Great Service! I called into the dealership the day before to schedule my C300 for service and requested a rental. The receptionist was very nice and got me in the system for a 7am drop off. This was great as it gave me time to get to work. I was greeted by David Greene (service advisor) and he immediately greeted me and asked what was needed. He took down all the vehicle info and inside we went. The write-up was quick and he explained the service A3 to me as I had no idea what it meant. We went over the next service and when it was due. I was offered coffee and other complimentary items they had available. After, he walked me over to the Enterprise desk and ensured me the vehicle would be taken care of. I will be sure to request David every visit! I also like their texting service which allowed me to text him throughout the day for updates. More

Kelley, at Service Department, assisted me to set the appointment wi On Tuesday, November 3, I took my Mercedes Benz C300 to Walter's for B1 service. Kelley, at Service Department, assisted me to set the appointment with Brandon Monaco, who has been my service advisor ever since the time I bought my Mercedes. Brandon was expecting me and immediately sat down with me to inform me what work needs to be performed and the cost of labor for a B1 service. Truthfully, I got antsy waiting for the bomb to drop how much this service will cost me. Suffice it to say, he was incredibly helpful, and addressed my concerns with care, and did so in a positive manner. He also provided quality customer service care, and deserves positive recognition. I was very pleased with the end result of the service, and I wish to thank Brandon for a job well done. More
