Great Service from the Service Department It is nice to be treated so special. You pull up to the service bay and there is someone there to great you. That same person walked me into the Service Department to meet Mark Espinoza. Mark immediately got me all set up and off to work within about 10 minutes. He was very pleasant and explained the service being done and the length of time it would take. The return to the dealership was just as efficient. Again, I was on my way in under 10 minutes. More

Service I recently had my Mercedes C250 routinely serviced at Walters Mercedes Benz Riverside. Upon my arrival I was met by Service Advisor Brandon Monoco. Th I recently had my Mercedes C250 routinely serviced at Walters Mercedes Benz Riverside. Upon my arrival I was met by Service Advisor Brandon Monoco. That was the first occasion I had to meet Mr. Monoco. He escorted me to his desk where he began generating the service paperwork. My impression of Mr Monoco was that he was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the service that my car needed. He also asked me if I was having any issues with the car that may need to be looked at. Fortunately I didn't but his attention to detail was very much appreciated. My car was ready for pickup without any unexpected delays. Mr Monoco's customer service was "excellent" and it reaffirmed my reasons for returning to Walters for service. I have no reservations about returning next time my car needs service, and asking for Mr Monoco. More

Very disappointed I tried to get a price on my tire and I believed I had 50% off your tire on 2nd year warranty (as told by Cody originally) . Then I got a call from JR I tried to get a price on my tire and I believed I had 50% off your tire on 2nd year warranty (as told by Cody originally) . Then I got a call from JR that no, you only get 64$ off your tire. Ok... I didn't know that, what a rip off since I paid 271$ to have this tire replaced (infact all my 4 tires were replaced here and I just bought this car Nov 2014)... I also had a fog light which works but I hit a curb and it got misplaced from the hinge, that I was told will cost me 100$ to just to put it back in place?? You would think that being a good customer and bringing your car in for any servicing at this place they would atleast have some courtesy and try to help you out a little with the pricing etc. Then I was told that I need to bring the loner car in the agreed time and if I don't bring it in than I'll be charged, I was just shocked, what if I'm late 1 hour here and there, you guys will charge me for that? It's ridiculous, I'm not happy at all. Ontario mercedes go above and beyond when I went to get "B" service there because Walter's wasn't helpful at all! More

I will definitely be coming back to Walter's Mercedes Benz I drove in to Walter's Mercedes Benz Dealership for the B-1 Service, from Palm Springs. This was my first visit for service on my 2014 C250. I live I drove in to Walter's Mercedes Benz Dealership for the B-1 Service, from Palm Springs. This was my first visit for service on my 2014 C250. I live in the Palm Springs area and decided to make the hour-plus drive to Riverside for service due to my dissatisfaction with the local Mercedes Benz dealership. I was early for my pre-scheduled appointment, but I had a very short wait before I was greeted by my assigned Service Representative, David Greene. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Mr. Greene satisfactorily answered all of my service-related questions. Somehow, Mr. Greene managed to get me in and out in less than the quoted time. I was on my way home after less than two hours. I will definitely be going back to Walter's Mercedes Benz for future service needs and I will be requesting David Greene for my service Rep! More
