The service department here is great! I had a few problems specifically with my radio, it was still under warranty so i took it in and had it checked out. There were a few things i also w I had a few problems specifically with my radio, it was still under warranty so i took it in and had it checked out. There were a few things i also wanted them to look into while it was there. JR was my advisor, he was great! JR was on top of everything and got back to me on each and every concern i had. Everyone i spoke or dealt with in person were very polite and welcoming. They replaced my radio and i piccked up my car basically a morning later. I loved it. So simple and didnt need to worry about a thing. More

Experience with the service of my E320 I had an extremely pleasant experience with the service of my car. Brandon Monaco greeted me when I arrived, went over all the services based on the a I had an extremely pleasant experience with the service of my car. Brandon Monaco greeted me when I arrived, went over all the services based on the age of my car and asked me about any issues or concerns I want to discuss. He arranged for a loaner when we came to know it will take 2 days or so to complete all the work. He texted me every day to update me on the status of the car. Brandon went over the entire service that was done, item by item, when I came to pick up the car. Overall, a fantastic experience. More
