Excellent Service My car needed a tune up and I always take it to the dealer where the guys know what they are doing. My Service Advisor was David Greene and he treated My car needed a tune up and I always take it to the dealer where the guys know what they are doing. My Service Advisor was David Greene and he treated me with the outmost respect as well as took care of me in a timely manner. He kept me informed on the status and gave me an accurate ETA that met my expectations. While I waited for my vehicle I decided to take a walk and browse around the parts/accessories department where Mike Hernandez greeted me as soon as I entered. He was also very professional and answered my every question. That is the kind of experience I expected as I walked into the Mercedes Dealer and my expectations were most definitely exceeded.
