Excellent Service My car needed a tune up and I always take it to the dealer where the guys know what they are doing. My Service Advisor was David Greene and he treated My car needed a tune up and I always take it to the dealer where the guys know what they are doing. My Service Advisor was David Greene and he treated me with the outmost respect as well as took care of me in a timely manner. He kept me informed on the status and gave me an accurate ETA that met my expectations. While I waited for my vehicle I decided to take a walk and browse around the parts/accessories department where Mike Hernandez greeted me as soon as I entered. He was also very professional and answered my every question. That is the kind of experience I expected as I walked into the Mercedes Dealer and my expectations were most definitely exceeded. Thank you guys and thanks to the management for having this kind of team. Next time I go for my next service I will definitely look for these two gentlemen and scholars. THANK YOU Manuel Gomez More

I told him my radio and navigation button is not working. And I ran out of my warranty for my car . I was so depress about this . He said not to worry I can fix the problem . He gave me a very good price and took care of me right away . I was out of there in less than 2 hrs and my car was all washed and looking beautiful like new . I left so happy , my radio was working and I got a new button , I left singing in my car . Great customer service. Thank You David , I will ask for you next time I need to go in for service.
