This was my first visit to this dealership for standard service and for which the cost was too high. I will not be returning to the dealership for this reason. All of the people I had an interaction with service and for which the cost was too high. I will not be returning to the dealership for this reason. All of the people I had an interaction with were very friendly. I had an appointment for 7 AM which is also the same time the dealership opened. I was the 2nd person in the line (in the street). It was 722 before anyone helped me. Deal breaker was realizing on my way home that all my settings were lost. I am not a tech guy so this was a big deal for me. The auto wash was great! More

The team at Walters MBZ is very professional. They are polite and the facilities are exceptionally clean. We were provided a loaner vehicle while our car was in for service. This was my first time to come to Walter’s Mercedes for service on my C300.. The service advisor Enrique Velez was very helpful in explaining the A service my car required. I had to bring my older Mercedes in to get serviced. My service provider was Marina. She has been so amazing and on top of everything!
