David Greene checked me in, answered all my questions, got me set up with a loaner and had the "tire man" give me an estimate on a new set of tires. My car was serviced, outfitted with a set of rear tires and David kept me appraised of all that was going on. Ever since buying my car from your salesman, Rick Akigbe, every experience from buying my car, getting it washed and now serviced has always been a pleasurable and professional experience. I would highly recommend the Walter's dealership to anyone. More

Great Experience! I first came to Walter's trying to resolve the 2nd set of keys to the RV that were not programed. Even though I purchased the RV elsewhere, they took I first came to Walter's trying to resolve the 2nd set of keys to the RV that were not programed. Even though I purchased the RV elsewhere, they took care of the problem and then showed me a barely used Smartcar that I could tow behind the RV. It only had 6,200 miles and still smelled like a new car. I bought the Smartcar and have come back to Walter's ever since. They are professional, courteous, always check if there is a recall and get me in and out in a reasonable time. I drive the RV in towing the car and get both their annual check ups at the same time. The facility is clean, including the restrooms. I enjoy the muffins, cookies and water that are always available. At the end of the service appointment both my vehicles are returned in a well running condition and everything the service tech told me it would cost is the cost or slightly lower when I go to pay the bill. My most recent appointment was handled by David Greene. He did a great job. Got all my questions answered, handled the paperwork and got both vehicles (RV towing a Smartcar) serviced promptly. Job well done! More

Check engine light Winnebago Sprinter Got a check engine light while on a camping trip. Called on the way home and made an appointment for the next day. I told my fellow RV friends that they would probably have it fixed while I waited. They did and that is why we have been with Walters Mercedes since 1990. We have always been treated well and thank all of the members of the Walters team. More

Explained what was done on the car and made sure I understood the pre-paid service and my remaining warranty One negative I would mention, not related directly to Mark or Alex, is the issue with the air conditioner filter system. It cost $80 to clean and/or repair and sounds like it is more of a defective issue rather tha with the part rather than something that needs to be done at every service? More
Walter's Has Excellent Customer Service I called on Friday morning for my A service and luckily they worked me in for Saturday at 9:15 am. Gave us a free rental car to run an errand and have I called on Friday morning for my A service and luckily they worked me in for Saturday at 9:15 am.
