Customer attention is prompt upon arrival and a courtesy vehicle was waiting for me after checking in the car. Service details were very-well explained to me by Brandon. He regularly sent me status updates on the completion time and where they were in the service process and tire replacement. Brandon knew the importance to have the vehicle back by a certain time and he made it happen with a couple hours to spare. The last several services have been a great improvement to service that I've experienced in the past. More

Fixing air conditioner problem on ML500. I brought my ML500 to the service department 3 times in the last couple of weeks to fix my car's air conditioner problem (it's blowing hot air instea I brought my ML500 to the service department 3 times in the last couple of weeks to fix my car's air conditioner problem (it's blowing hot air instead of cold). First time this happened to me and I am greatly disappointed. Walter's usually do a better job than this. I should know, I have been a customer since 1997. I still have to pick up my car sometime this week and hopefully the problem is solved. Of course, I will be charged for the same problem again. Unfair! More
