Great first experience with the Service shop! This was my first experience with the Walters' Service side of the house. Our Sprinter van has done great all year, and my 10,000 mile/one year service was due. All went perfectly (essentially it was an oil change and just checking all the other stuff you do when you're in there anyway) and I was out sooner than they'd estimated. David Greene was my Service Advisor and he was very helpful and courteous. I expect I will ask for him again when I come back for "service B" at 20,000 or two years...I'm looking forward to Walters' getting the wash bay built that will allow the Sprinter vans to get washed too. It's so big, most places can't do it, so having the opportunity at the dealership will be a HUGE draw!! Brent More
