Great maintenance service Walters automotive gives AAA+ SERVICE. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for the maintenance on my CLA250. I was a friendly, comfy, a Walters automotive gives AAA+ SERVICE. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for the maintenance on my CLA250. I was a friendly, comfy, and pleasureable experience. I was greeted upon entrance into the service area by a friendly service rep. Afterwards, I met with Cody, my personal service coordinator. He was very knowledgeable in explaining all my service options to include the prices and waiting time. The lounge was very comfy, and full of goodies to drink and eat such as fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and cookies. My car service was completed within 1-1/2 hours as expected to include a complimentary carwash, tire service, and vacuum. My 3 year old car looked brand new again. I truly appreciate the care Walters Automotive puts into individualizing their customer service!!! More
