I brought my GLS550 in for service. Marina Salcedo was my service advisor. She was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and courteous!! I want to thank Alex Ramirez for all his help getting my 2003 E320 Mercedes Benz in for service. I had all the front suspension replaced which included Lower Control Arms, Torque Rods, and Alignment. Before 2003 E320 Mercedes Benz in for service. I had all the front suspension replaced which included Lower Control Arms, Torque Rods, and Alignment. Before bringing my car in for service, I had brand new tires installed. I also had the Rear Main Seal replaced. The brakes were checked and all is great. All work was due because after all my car is 20 years old but runs like a charm and responds just the way I like it! So, Thank you Alex for helping me keep my baby car running like a champ! I will also be bringing my 2000 E320 Mercedes Benz in for her maintenance. Thank you Walter Mercedes for keeping my cars in tip top shape all these 23 years! More

My experience with Kelly Sandefur at Walter’s Mercedes was refreshing. She was extremely professional and also personable. I love the fact that when we were discussing an issue that she didn’t have a trem was refreshing. She was extremely professional and also personable. I love the fact that when we were discussing an issue that she didn’t have a tremendous amount of knowledge on (tires), she brought in an expert to give clarity to the conversation.
