Quick and Efficient I am in my second Mercedes and I have always had good experience with this dealership. When the old service re Patty left I thought it was going to be hard to get the same type of service. But then my new rep Brandon Monaco has been able to fill her shoes very well. He's courteous, respectful and always prepared. When I went in for service he had a printout of all the history for my car so I didn't have to remember what service I had last done or when; he had all the info right there ready to advise the best course of action. I had a loner vehicle ready waiting for me and the work on my car was completed in less time than expected, which Brandon promptly informed me of via email. Thanks Brandon. More
