Outstanding customer care I drove 4 hours out of state since where I live does not have a dealership to service my vehicle. When I arrived to the service department I was greet I drove 4 hours out of state since where I live does not have a dealership to service my vehicle. When I arrived to the service department I was greeted by Mike Barcelona and was given the best treatment while I arrived. Once my car was completed, my car was delivered to me, which was a great personal touch that was appreciated more than you know. I will continue to go back to have service from Mike. He was very kind and professional with excellent customer service. His follow up skills we great as he called throughout the process to keep me updated at all times. Service Department My entire experience with the service department was excellent and exceeded my expectations. My particular job was very complicated due to fact the particular model of my car is very rare as only 45 units of 200 worldwide were delivered to the US so that very few service department representatives or Tech/ Mechanics have had any exposure or experience working on them. I chose Walters after investigating, interviewing and inspecting 4 different Mercedes dealership service departments and their service mangers (all local to LA) as well as checking with Mercedes North America Customer Relations Department for the #1 Rated in Customer Service department in California with the least mechanical comeback warranty claims. After my initial meeting with Service Manager Mark Interlicchia (A rare breed of Service Manger who has served better than 6 years as a top rated Tech/Mechanic in the Mercedes Service Department system, really understands the quality mechanical work necessary to produce the best results and can communicate those technical details to you if you are so inclined to want to know ) who thoughtfully brought Shop Team Leader George and Head Tech/ Mechanic Mike Sanchez (who performed most of the actual work in the end) into the discussion to and interact with me on the issues of the project and demonstrate their passion, desire and commitment to conduct all necessary research with MB to insure that the end result would be the highest quality possible I felt extremely comfortable with my choice . I am delighted to report that all my subsequent interaction with Mark and the work performed by the team of Mike, George and Derrick, all professional technicians who went the extra mile to produce the highest quality more than satisfactory result all at a very reasonable price in a timely manner was a truly great experience. Brandon Monaco he knows his job well and treats the customers as though they are very important. He handles the service part expertly and makes sure you know what needs to be fixed and the amount of money it will take to fix it before he sends the car for repairs. He will also stay in touch with you via texts so you know how the service is progressing and if you want anything else worked on while the car is in service.
