Every single staff member I’ve come in contact with has always been extremely friendly and helpful. During my last visit I was assisted by Brian Clegg in the service department he ensured I had clear understanding of what my vehicle needed as far as maintenance, he followed up promptly and also ensure there was a courtesy vehicle available for me to top it off he added a discount on the final price for my service to ensure I was satisfied and I was! I can’t really find anything negative to say about Walter’s even if I tried. Thank you! More

Broken rear Mercedes Sprinter Era RV window I backed my Sprinter Era RV into the garage over the weekend and broke the rear door window. I called Walters and they ordered a new one. I thought t I backed my Sprinter Era RV into the garage over the weekend and broke the rear door window. I called Walters and they ordered a new one. I thought that it might take a while to get the part, but it arrived that Tuesday. I had it installed on Wednesday morning and it looks like new. Walters is working on the Sprinter RV chassis and I prefer them over the RV repair shops. More

Sprinter Service This was the first scheduled service for my 2016 Sprinter 2500 4x4 and my first experience with Adam Garcia who is their Sprinter representative. Davi This was the first scheduled service for my 2016 Sprinter 2500 4x4 and my first experience with Adam Garcia who is their Sprinter representative. David delivered on what we had discussed and was very timely, which makes my visit very easy since I am not local to their location. In my review you notice that I dropped the star rating for service only because some of the pricing for service is very high and feel it could be a little more inline with service provided. But in being fair this location it is not like out of control but could use a tweak here and there. I come to this dealership because the staff has been responsive to me needs and I am welling to overlook the pricing for a little piece of mind. But I am always aware of the pricing factor and in conversation, I think they are as well. With a little effort the normal materials used in servicing could be revised to eliminate this factor making it a 100% satisfaction experience and I think Walters are the ones that can do this. More
