Austin Schneider is my Mercedes advocate with the service guys. He directs the work to the correct person and the work is done to perfection. If I ever have any problems he makes sure to take care of any of even the smallest detail! I am so impressed by this dealership and Mr Schneider. Bravo More

It took several weeks to make the problem actually happen, but Austin and technicians persevered (while I enjoyed the courtesy car loaned to me). Austin kept me informed throughout. He is knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and thorough. My first visit to Walter’s convinced me to return. I have driven MBZs for 25 years and first encountered them in 1960 in South Bend, Indiana when Mercedes was attached peripherally to Studebaker. A long history with them! Austin is a winner in my book. More
