The process was very quick, easy and professional. I went to Walter’s Benz of Riverside because my transmission wasn’t downshifting correctly and then felt gutless afterwards., I went to Walter’s Be I went to Walter’s Benz of Riverside because my transmission wasn’t downshifting correctly and then felt gutless afterwards., I went to Walter’s Benz and was checked in very promptly and then Brian Clegg checked me in, got me an Uber ride to a near by gym. Brian called me at the gym and told me that the water pump was broken but under Mercedes warranty and was covered. Brian later had Uber drive me home and my vehicle was ready a few days later., Thank you very much for the quick service and professionalism. I will always return to Walter’s Mercedes for any maintenance or a trade up in the future. More
