Quick service Overall I was pleased with service I recieved but be very specific regarding your diagnosis.....I had two major problems but only one was repaired. If they had driven my car the other problem would have been obvious. When I inquired about the other major issue that needed attention, I was told I had to pay an additional diagnostic fee....I specified that I was traveling 3k miles and I needed to be assured that I could depend it to make the trip. Although they offered to check it out, I would have to pay an additional fee and I had to leave the next day. It's obvious that there was a miss communication. More

First he made sure that he understood what I wanted for service. He offered car service. He came out several times to the waiting room to give me updates on when the car would be ready. Again, it was more than service, he made me feel that he genuinely cared. This war feeling will make me always come back to Walters's especially for my next car. Because of Mr. Burt, the question is not where I'll be purchasing my next car, but which car will it be.....the GLS SUV or the G-Class from Walter's of course. More
