Until today, everything was fine. Today was a terrible experience and service. I am tired and stressed from taking my car to service over and over again. Today was the worst customer Today was a terrible experience and service. I am tired and stressed from taking my car to service over and over again. Today was the worst customer service and waste of time. One of his workers, JR Rodriguez, made me feel discriminated for being a hispanic woman. I first arrived here at 9:30, Mr. JR Rodríguez told me to wait in the lobby and he would update me on what would happen to my car and how long I have to wait for it to be serviced. I waited for the car for 3 hours for JR Rodriguez to update me. He did not come to me to update me and it wasn't until 11:45 I had to look around the corner for him that he told me anything. Mr. JR saw that I looked at him in his desk on his computer alone. He had all the time to update me, while everyone else who went for service was already gone. After another 15-20 minutes I went to his desk and asked about my car. He mocked me saying, he "didn't update you because you were on my phone." I was on my phone at 11:10 for 30 minutes, I was there for 3 hours with no notice or any checkup. Since I had gotten there he had treated me as a lesser person because I was a non English speaking person. I feel completely unfairly treated and I told him that I was mad that I had to get up to tell him after 3 wasted hours of no update on my car. I had to pick up my daughter from school and it's really frustrating and infuriating that I have to take my new car to service every week because something is wrong with it, and that I get treated in such a way every week. More
