Great expierence due to A special person Adam Garcia We took our 2013 Sprinter Citation to Walter's Mercedes of Riverside due to a DEF light that came on 200 miles after our purchase. We were met by Ada We took our 2013 Sprinter Citation to Walter's Mercedes of Riverside due to a DEF light that came on 200 miles after our purchase. We were met by Adam Garcia Sprinter service advisor, who showed concern not the usual we'll take a look at it" at many dealers. Adam called the next day and advised the DEF had become contaminated, told us he had seen this problem before, only on two other occasions. We contacted our insurance company and after some review it was covered. During this time Adam undstood the insurance would take some time, was helpful, and kept us up to date during the process. Adam explained the process for the repair, and was very patient with us who obviously were upset after purchasing the Motor Coach and immediately had problems. No hassle! Fast, Efficient and Professional Took my 2018 GLC 300 in for service because I noticed a service message warning with the following: “Auto Light Function Inoperative”. When I arr Took my 2018 GLC 300 in for service because I noticed a service message warning with the following: “Auto Light Function Inoperative”. When I arrived at the dealership for the service appt. the service message was no longer showing (my luck). My Service Advisor David Greene, suggested the vehicle be inspected (just to be on the safe side), while I waited for the courtesy wash. Turns out, service message came on while the vehicle was being inspected and a sensor needed to be replaced. Service Advisor David Greene was able to order the part, get me in a loaner vehicle and had the work completed same day. No hassle! Fast, Efficient, Courteous work.
