Set up a Saturday appointment via the website on Friday night due to an urgent issue. Michael Ramos was the Service Advisor and he was very welcoming and processed the paperwork quickly so the techs could night due to an urgent issue. Michael Ramos was the Service Advisor and he was very welcoming and processed the paperwork quickly so the techs could get to work on an oil light issue. It took about 3 hrs to completion, I waited in the lobby and was informed that the light problem was still happening and further testing needed to be be done. I was in a hurry and will come back at a later time. Very pleased with Michael’s service. More
