I’ve been to Walter’s Mercedes for the last 15 years. From the sales department to service department are excellent. Today I brought my S-500 for a recall, Kelly Sandefur was my service advisor. This was my first time to come to Walter’s Mercedes for service on my C300.. The service advisor Enrique Velez was very helpful in explaining the A service my car required. I had to bring my older Mercedes in to get serviced. My service provider was Marina. She has been so amazing and on top of everything! She was friendly, and always made me feel like I was important to My service provider was Marina. She has been so amazing and on top of everything! Kelly Sanderfur is AWESOME! She went above and beyond to help me when my new GLC 300 displayed an engine light after only having it for 5 days (145 miles). When I took it to t She went above and beyond to help me when my new GLC 300 displayed an engine light after only having it for 5 days (145 miles). When I took it to the service department, Kelly was the person who from the beginning to the end took care of me. As I voiced my concerns and displeasure with the information I was given by the mechanic and even my sales rep (both men telling me to just pick the car up and it was safe to drive with the engine light on...while that may have been true, I did not want this as my solution, especially when the part needed was on back order and there was no projected date for when it would arrive at the dealership). Kelly listened to me and did not stop until she had explored every avenue and talked with others about how to get my problem resolved and get my car returned to me. Were it not for Kelly, and others whose names I do not know but they were also part of the resolution to getting me back in my car, I would certainly not be writing this rave review. More
