Love Walter’s. I drive over an hour each way to enjoy the award-winning service and lower cost found here. On my most recent visit Ross Geiger was my service adviso I drive over an hour each way to enjoy the award-winning service and lower cost found here. On my most recent visit Ross Geiger was my service advisor. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and kept me updated frequently. He also managed to keep my final cost lower than the initial estimate. Nice! More

Michael Ramos, has great customer service, is very communicative with customer on what’s going on with vehicle and giving updates , professional. Only issue was when picking up vehicle and technician communicative with customer on what’s going on with vehicle and giving updates , professional. Only issue was when picking up vehicle and technicians not supporting and helping out service advisor with timely matter on bringing vehicle out, very unprofessional when service advisor delivering great customer service and technicians not supporting or staying on top of things then reflects back on the advisors. Not the first time have encountered issues regarding back end. I can go anywhere else especially that my car out of warranty but still decide to give Walter’s Mercedes Benz of Riverside my business. More

Marina Salcedo our customer service person was very informative and gave me excellent time span on when the vehicle would be done. Normally it takes all day since I had issues and then regular service informative and gave me excellent time span on when the vehicle would be done. In compare to before that someone always greeted you as you pulled in and advisor would be out right after, vs. now I had to wait for a little while after I pulled in and another 25 minutes sitting in the you pulled in and advisor would be out right after, vs. now I had to wait for a little while after I pulled in and another 25 minutes sitting in the waiting room for an advisor. JR was great; he got me in last minute and, inasmuch as it was a safety issue (airbag sensor in seatbelt) they did the diagnostic gratis. Further still, they did a complimentary full vehicle inspection an it was a safety issue (airbag sensor in seatbelt) they did the diagnostic gratis.
