JR was great; he got me in last minute and, inasmuch as it was a safety issue (airbag sensor in seatbelt) they did the diagnostic gratis. Marina Salcedo was great and was honest with how long it would take to do the service. I would have given the dealership five stars if it wasn't for the ridiculous prices they have for their services. I co would take to do the service. I could have bought a crappy used car for what it cost me to do the B3 service, and that's no joke. Very much rethinking this whole luxury car thing simply due to the cost of ownership. $1600 for tires a month ago and $2400 for service right after Christmas. Not sure it's worth that just to say I drive a Mercedes. It's a great car and all but not sure it's that great. Anyway, the dealership is great and always has been. All the people there are friendly and kind. If you don't mind spending ridiculous money for service, I can highly recommend this dealership to have your services done. More
