My first MB :) On May 5th I met with Mike Marotta to look at/test drive the 2014 GLK350. Mike explained all the options of the car very well. After driving it the fi On May 5th I met with Mike Marotta to look at/test drive the 2014 GLK350. Mike explained all the options of the car very well. After driving it the first time I knew it was the car I wanted. I also knew I wanted some of the extras...the panoramic roof, nav system and rear view camera. Before making a decision my companion, TIm, told me that I needed to go to a few other dealerships to check prices. I visited another dealer in SOCal on May 7th and also had an appointment scheduled on May 10 to visit another one. After visiting the other dealer I scheduled an appointment with Mike again on May 9th to get some prices as I had not gotten any prices the first time I test drove the car. Mike gave me his prices and told me they would beat the other dealerships price. I really was not liking the price of the 2014 as I had not had a car payment that high before (I have driven mustangs for the last 10 years) so I asked Mike if he had any 2013's that I could look at. Mike looked at their list and they had one. We went up to the roof to look at it and it had all of the extras that I had wanted with only 8,000 miles on it! The price was good so I told Mike I would take the numbers home to Tim and we would make a decision. I took the numbers home and Tim called Mike and made a deal with him over the phone after a few phone calls. I went in that night around 8:30pm and filled the paperwork out. Mike thought we were going to take the car home that night but I didnt think it would be soo quick so we didnt drive my car there. The next day May 10th I picked up my new (to me it was new :) 2013 GLK350! (Yes, I took the time to cancel my appointment at the other dealer that I had an appointment with.) Mike took the time to go over the controls of the car and even got my iphone hooked up to the bluetooth. I am loving the car! This is my first MB but there may be more in the future! Worked with Cory Williams who was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, polite and patient. No pressure, but the vehicle spoke for itself. Perfect condition, like new, well maintained and great dealer price. Sales Manager also stretched to increase trade-in value on older vehicle just to help make this deal happen. Overall, a very pleasant experience with Cory and I drove off the lot with a great "non-Porsche" used pre-owned Ford Explorer. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone.
