I drove to showroom and looking for parking. My car is a 40k car and it had a tiny dent. The sales guy has no business to pass demeaning comment on a prospective customer. After i test drove few car, i met the manager, guess what, the manager was one of the mob and he was not so sensitive when i complained abt the previous incident. I will never go there again. I was expecting to take car loan and pay it off without interest in 7 days. I had that option when I bought Honda Odyssey in 2002 or Lexus LX350 in 2006. When I go to look for a new car, I didn't have time interest in 7 days. I had that option when I bought Honda Odyssey in 2002 or Lexus LX350 in 2006. When I go to look for a new car, I didn't have time to look at all my Accounts and arrange the fund so that I can pay check of $50,000+ then and there. I was shocked to know that unless I pay full amount $51,827.27 (out of which maximum $5,000 can be paid by credit card) on that evening (May 31, 2011), I have to take car loan with interest and interest of $200 will be charged immediately. I am going to pay off the loan in a month and didn't like this experience. More

Didn't have a great experience. Saleman didn't listen to what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, insulted me on my trade-in, terms seemed outrages and overinflated. Absolute snob dealership. Michael cared less about my business. Interesting as the car they pictured on the the internet had no marks on the rear bumper yet when we got there a large round dime size hol business. Interesting as the car they pictured on the the internet had no marks on the rear bumper yet when we got there a large round dime size hole was in the paint. Clear through the paint to the bumper itself. Yet Michael said ,"I am not going to paint the car for YOU just for that". Nobody asked about painting the car idiot, just the bumper. Anyhow I would highly recommend not going there. We went next door to the Lexus delaership and left very happy in our new LS. More
