Nothing can beat my experience what i have in Walters. Andrew Wagner is the best sales person I ever met. I have owned cars from years and years and met so many sales people but no one like him. We talked over the phone and i told him what my expectations are and i gave him ultimatums that please call me if you really can beat the offer i had in my hand. He not only beat that offer, but when i went to get a car, he didn't ask me single question. We did paper work and got the car. That’s it. He made it so simple, that's how car buying should be. Hard to believe but he didn't do any drama, playing going back and forth games or any sort of negotiation .Very Very professional guy. Very pleasant I live in Glendale and there are numerous MBZ dealers in the SF Valley which I have visited. I was drawn to Walter's in Riverside because they had a I live in Glendale and there are numerous MBZ dealers in the SF Valley which I have visited. I was drawn to Walter's in Riverside because they had a 2015 model barely used C300 with the features that I needed and only 1,200 miles for $16,000 off the original MSRP. The price was so good that I made the 90 minute trek to Walter's. I was pleasantly surprised by how pleasant the staff was. Usually, I feel uncomfortable at luxury car dealerships. But everyone here, from Chris Drumm the salesman, to Aaron the sales manager and Ari the finance manager were just --- pleasant. The kinds of guys you'd invite to your backyard BBQ. It more than compensated for the hassle of driving for 90 minutes. Well, actually, saving 16 grand more than compensated for the trip. But the pleasant staff definitely helped! More
