I live out of town, and was less than pleased with my local dealership. I went online with Walter’s Mercedes and right away began emailing with Andrew. Andrew found exactly the car I was looking for, with the exact options I was looking for, and at a great price. Andrew’s dealings with me were straight forward with no hassles. Andrew is the best in communicating! He always responded to my emails quickly, with intelligent answers, and always made sure my questions were answered. On the phone, Andrew is one of the most pleasant, well mannered, and well spoken salespersons I have ever encountered. On the day I picked up my car, Andrew spent an extended period of time going over the car with me, showing me all the features, and answering any questions I had. Even though it was getting late on a Friday, Andrew showed no sense of urgency or rush to finish his outstanding personal review of the car with me. Andrew told me that same day, then in an email, and again during a follow-up phone call to me, “Please don’t hesitate to call me anytime if you have any questions about your new car. Throughout the years, Walters Mercedes has continued their excellent and friendly customer service that causes me to continue to do business with Walters. This year (2016), I have had the opportunity to meet a Walters employee named "Mark Interlicchia" who has been kind and understanding throughout my car service visits.
