Too busy for clients...never called back I'm sorry to say that this was the second chance I gave the sales team at this dealer! And once again I had to take my business elsewhere. I now own 2 Mercedes Benz thanks to the fast acting sales team at Keyes European. I got in touch with the sales team at Walters via the internet late one night. Sure enough at 9:07am the following day I get a call back from Andrew Wagners assistant. Shortly thereafter I called back and got in touch with Andrew. Seemed like a nice enough guy and not too pushy. The customer service up to that point was ok, told him what I wanted and he asked for additional info about my trade in. Called me back and said ok let me give all this information to our appraiser and you'll get a call back in 5 minutes. Here we are 10 hrs later and never received a call back! Since he never called back to even tell me that he was too busy or couldn't help me I decided to call another local dealer and was able to get the deal done there! It was a great gift for my wife on Xmas! Wouldn't recommend Walters they're too busy for their own good. More

E300 Lease - Fantastic Experience I have previously had less than stellar experiences with Walter's sales department. However, friends and famliy have consistently sweared by them, and I have previously had less than stellar experiences with Walter's sales department. However, friends and famliy have consistently sweared by them, and their service center is top notch. My parents were looking to lease a vehicle, and as the designated negotiator, I decided to contact Walter's first and give them a shot. As you can see by the rating, my sales person Michael Marotta and his associate Bob Murray provided nothing short of a fantastic experience. The typical BS rendered in most negotiations (while no expert, I have negotiated deals on 11 cars in the last 15 years), was thrown out the window. There were no games played and no side fees added to previously agreed upon deal constructs. Michael was extremely upfront, patient with our questions, and sincere in his willingness to assist. I will definately consider Walter's in the future with regards to my car needs and cannot recommend Mr. Marotta enough. More

I was promptly greeted when I entered the dealership and introduced to every team member involved in my transaction. Surprisingly, the staff involved in my previous transaction two years remembered me.
