Alex Ramirez my go to service advisor! I was having trouble with my radio.. I was about 10 minutes from the dealership I was just calling to schedule an appointment. I was told to come right in as soon as I got there I was greeted with a smile ..and I met with Alex who was ready for me and I was scheduled to wait but he got a rental car for me and I was in and out within 15 minutes! Great service! Expensive Tires David Greene did a great job in handling my B service. He was knowledgeable and the car was ready when he said it would be and he kept me in the loop David Greene did a great job in handling my B service. He was knowledgeable and the car was ready when he said it would be and he kept me in the loop on the service progress. Will return again for the service. Only negative on this dealer, as with all dealers, set of 2 tires were over $600 and the exact same tires as are on the car at tire shops nearby were $600 for all 4. David had no control over pricing but I will not give this dealer my tire business at 2x the rate from local tire shops. More
