Exceeded Expectations! First off... I live 5 min. from "another" Mercedes dealership who also had the car I wanted. The reason I didn't buy from them came down to the way I First off... I live 5 min. from "another" Mercedes dealership who also had the car I wanted. The reason I didn't buy from them came down to the way I was greeted and handled the moment I walked on the lot. I was polite, took his card and knew I would not do business with them. When you buy a Mercedes, you're starting a relationship with that dealership. If the experience doesn't feel right when you're trying to give them your business, you know it's not going to feel right down the road. I'd never purchased from Watler's so I didn't know what to expect when I called and got Matt Nouri. Smart guy, nice, no pressure and very relational. Walter's was far and away the best car buying experience I've had commencing with Matt and extending through Julio Guerrero in finance who was the first finance person I can ever recall who didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need. Top tier people at every level. Quick shout out to Ray (I think he's the GM) who provided some great car buying insights and in spite of being British, he was a joy to speak with. :) For my 2 cents... I'd recommend Walter's and Matt any day. More

I must say that there was not one question that he did not have the answer to. He studies his vehicles and represents that to us the customer. Coming from purchasing a BMW with a terrible experience from sales to problems with the car and then having the worst service center experience, I decided it was time to switch to Mercedes. They never tried to oversell and always wanted to make sure that the deal was the best for me especially when I was pondering lease vs purchase. I ended up leasing a 2017 S63 AMG and not only was the car stunning but I could not say enough good things about Andrew and Walters Mercedes of Riverside. It is rare to find such professionalism and someone who actually loves their job and I could tell that Andrew was passionate about his job. He made the buying experience actually pleasurable and spent about 2 hours training me on some of the tech and invited me back for another session. There were no stones left unturned and I left with a perfect experience of my purchase and the best decision to choose this dealer. Most importantly, Andrew has me as a client for life including my family and my business and we will be sending as many friends and family to become apart of this dealership. Satisfied Sunroof I had to take my car in after work one day because my sunroof had blown out.
