A Great Experience! I had not considered purchasing a Mercedes-Benz when I was shopping for a new car; but a friend suggested that I consider the CLA class. From the beginning, Chris was so easy to work with; his easy-going personality and enthusiasm made the experience so enjoyable. There was no pressure; but plenty of information about the car. While we were waiting for the financing Chris kept in contact and encouraged me along the way. He spent time with me when I picked up the car, which made the experience after sale all the more enjoyable. I cannot say enough positive things about Chris and my experience with the dealership. Excellence I really dislike car buying experiences. I didn't want to come but my husband said, "you have to do a test drive!"
