Explained what was done on the car and made sure I understood the pre-paid service and my remaining warranty One negative I would mention, not related directly to Mark or Alex, is the issue with the air conditioner filter system. It cost $80 to clean and/or repair and sounds like it is more of a defective issue rather tha with the part rather than something that needs to be done at every service? More

Walter's Has Excellent Customer Service I called on Friday morning for my A service and luckily they worked me in for Saturday at 9:15 am. Gave us a free rental car to run an errand and have I called on Friday morning for my A service and luckily they worked me in for Saturday at 9:15 am. Best car buying experience ever Aaron Jensen spent the whole day with me test driving a couple of cars , and I was sold on my Mercedes. And then there is Andy Towns from finance who made my car buying experience a very smooth transition going over all the paperwork and information very fast and efficient. I've bought a few cars in my past and always regretted being in the dealership all day long ! At Walters Mercedes Dealership, they know how to be customer service savvy , efficient, and friendly.
