He's courteous, respectful and always prepared. When I went in for service he had a printout of all the history for my car so I didn't have to remember what service I had last done or when; he had all the info right there ready to advise the best course of action. I had a loner vehicle ready waiting for me and the work on my car was completed in less time than expected, which Brandon promptly informed me of via email. Thanks Brandon. More
