Professional and Personal Purchasing a car is always nerve-racking and frustrating. Purchasing a car, remotely, without ever seeing the car is simply surreal. Peter Tecson, a Purchasing a car is always nerve-racking and frustrating. Purchasing a car, remotely, without ever seeing the car is simply surreal. Peter Tecson, at Walter’s Mercedes, made this brand new experience simple, comfortable and put our anxiety at ease. He listened to what was important to us and understood we will be using his eyes and expertise. Not too long after, he sent us several cars to browse through. After selecting one, he sent us the video highlighting what was important to us plus the other options included. Paperwork was FedEx to us quickly with a prepaid return envelope. By the time the FedEx delivered at the dealer, the car has been detailed and transportation had been arranged. Throughout the process, Peter was updating us via text, pictures and uploaded videos for our enjoyment. As promised, the car was delivered to our driveway the next day, shiny and fully detailed and 500 miles away. I give Peter Tecson a Five Star for making this personal and extremely comfortable. He was there from the start until the car was in our possession. I will come back to Walter’s and look for Peter . More

Awful experience! Don't go to Walter's Mercedes Riverside I made an appointment to look at and hopefully purchase a 2015 GLA250 and had the misfortune of Mike Marotta being our salesman. From the start he was I made an appointment to look at and hopefully purchase a 2015 GLA250 and had the misfortune of Mike Marotta being our salesman. From the start he was rude and condescending. He spent more time correcting the verbage I used for the car I was looking for then he did for the actual vehicle. He sent my husband and I up to the roof while he went to "look" for the car that I had been assured on the phone was at the dealership when I set up the appointment. While left alone my husband and I found the car and was able to look inside, I fell in love with the car but not the salesman and knew that I wouldn't purchase from this dealership. Mike comes back up to the roof to tell us that unfortunately the car i was looking for wasn't there, that it was across town at another lot. When we showed him it was in fact at this dealership and and across the lot he tried to leave again to "verify" the VIN#! We knew at that point we were leaving to take our business elsewhere. We ended up at Caliber Mercedes Benz in Anaheim and I purchased a 2017 GLA250 and the whole process was a dream! Never gonna buy a vehicle from Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside! More
