The results of service and problem fixing are the best. The service and performance of work done is always great. The $490 price to change the spark plugs was extreme, considering tour Mercedes 2012 E350 ha The service and performance of work done is always great. If I was told the spark plugs were tested or examined and considered bad or poor! I would have felt different. Brandon Monaco was a great service specialist. I feel the spark plug issue has to do with dealership policies. More

Service was great, making an appointment was not. Adam Garcia and the technician did a fast, fine job getting my RV fixed while I waited. However, I experienced no return call by service personnel whe Adam Garcia and the technician did a fast, fine job getting my RV fixed while I waited. However, I experienced no return call by service personnel when I left a message to make that appointment - it was only when I used your chat service that anything happened to get me an appointment. I had a similar experience when I called about buying an electric Smart car, and asked if Walter's would service the Smart car if I did. I think it took about one and a half days before anyone returned my call. So - my first two exposures to Walter's led me to think that Walter's was not a place I wanted to do business with. You can thank Adam Garcia and the tech that worked on my car for helping turn that around somewhat, and also your salesman for Smart cars that came out to talk to me while I was looking at your Smart inventory, as I waited for my RV to be fixed. (I did buy an electric Smart car after the first unsatisfactory phone contact with Walter's, but from Silver Star in Thousand Oaks - they treated me very well, and they trucked it to Riverside as part of the deal.) Good service but . I used Walters for an “A” service on my Sprinter RV. I had no idea it would cost Over $$800. I wanted to make Walters my maintenance facility but afte I used Walters for an “A” service on my Sprinter RV. I had no idea it would cost Over $$800. I wanted to make Walters my maintenance facility but after finding what they charge I can not justify the cost. I will be looking elsewhere. My experience there was good. No problems with Adam. All in all my experience there was good, it’s just way too expensive. More
