The vehicles here are competitively priced so there wasn’t room for haggling which is nice. I had to bring the vehicle back for two items they promised to fix. Mark the service manager was excellent and took care of them right away. Andy in fact finance was also fantastic and made the paperwork side a breeze. I would highly recommend this location. Andrew spent a ton of time with me, was extremely thorough and really knew his stuff. It was one of, if not the best car buying experience I've ever had. I can't recommend Andrew & his associate Raul highly enough. And Julio was an absolute pleasure to deal with when it came time to sign the deal in finance. Although I live much closer to lots of other Audi/MB dealers, I will continue to make the drive to Walter's - they really can't be beat. More
