The process was very quick, easy and professional. Brian called me at the gym and told me that the water pump was broken but under Mercedes warranty and was covered. Brian later had Uber drive me home and my vehicle was ready a few days later., Thank you very much for the quick service and professionalism. Tires safety most important Thought it was a pressure issue. But I had a nail with all construction.
