The delivery driver (I wish I remembered his name) carefully explained all the details of the car. I signed the docs and off he went. I can't believe the outstanding service, When I had some questions about how to use some features, Andrew made some videos to show how to use the features and emailed the videos to me!!!, I have been buying cars from "luxury" dealers for many many years, BUT this has been the most satisfying car buying experience ever!
