The process was very quick, easy and professional. Tires safety most important Thought it was a pressure issue. But I had a nail with all construction. Amazing and easy experience. Our Mercedes lease was coming to an end and we decided to buy out the lease. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help us with our transaction. He was able to get us a better rate thus lowering monthly payment and was able to get all of these perks with Mercedes. He was very straightforward and to the point which I really liked. He was also able to come to our home to have the paper work signed which made it easier since we didn't have to drive to the dealership during the work week and with the kids.
