Not Mercedes-Benz quality service I purchased my car for my B-DAY I went there knowing specifically what I wanted. Once I found the car and during the test drive I was told among many I purchased my car for my B-DAY I went there knowing specifically what I wanted. Once I found the car and during the test drive I was told among many things my car had Navi and Phone call voice command all I had to do was pair it to my device. Not only was this a lie but after 1 e-mail to my salesman Christian and 4 phone calls to manager Justin I finally spoke to sales manager Frank which heard me and ended up just sending a Navi card never resolving my other issue...
