It took several weeks to make the problem actually happen, but Austin and technicians persevered (while I enjoyed the courtesy car loaned to me). Austin kept me informed throughout. He is knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and thorough. My first visit to Walter’s convinced me to return. I have driven MBZs for 25 years and first encountered them in 1960 in South Bend, Indiana when Mercedes was attached peripherally to Studebaker. A long history with them! Austin is a winner in my book. More

Because I live in Los Angeles, Andrew and his team were constantly in communication with me via email and phone helping me close the deal. They went above and beyond what other salespersons locally have done for me. Not only did they take video footage of the car, but they drove the car an hour away to my front door at no additional charge. I will definitely be working with Andrew again in the future after my 36 month lease is up, if not sooner. My only complaint was that I wasn't able to meet the team in person this go around.
