The process was very quick, easy and professional. Brian called me at the gym and told me that the water pump was broken but under Mercedes warranty and was covered. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help us with our transaction. He was able to get us a better rate thus lowering monthly payment and was able to get all of these perks with Mercedes. He was very straightforward and to the point which I really liked. He was also able to come to our home to have the paper work signed which made it easier since we didn't have to drive to the dealership during the work week and with the kids. Had a great experience with Jin Lee and I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Also, might visit the same dealership for a future vehicle. It took several weeks to make the problem actually happen, but Austin and technicians persevered (while I enjoyed the courtesy car loaned to me). Austin kept me informed throughout. He is knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and thorough. My first visit to Walter’s convinced me to return. I have driven MBZs for 25 years and first encountered them in 1960 in South Bend, Indiana when Mercedes was attached peripherally to Studebaker. A long history with them! Austin is a winner in my book. More
