The most honest and straight forward car purchase in my life My 19 year old decided he wanted to get a new car and he met with mike sales at Walters Mercedes Benz. Being used to the other dealers I’ve gone to I My 19 year old decided he wanted to get a new car and he met with mike sales at Walters Mercedes Benz. Being used to the other dealers I’ve gone to I thought that he would be upsold but it was the complete opposite. My son had intended to buy it at a higher interest rate due to his credit history being a year and a half. Mike sales did everything possible to get him a 3% since the beginning. His perseverance really impresses my son and it totally changed our perspective on salesmen. We were being used to “how much would you like your payment to be?” But mike ran the numbers without the need of us telling him a monthly payment so that he wouldn’t raise the interest rate. More

We walked into the Mercedes dealership not really thinking about how we could actually purchase a car here and were just admiring the S-Class cars. We knew nothing about Mercedes. We were approached by a lady who explained just briefly about what kind of car could be in our price range, but after realizing that we knew nothing about Mercedes she told us to read about it online and gave us a brochure to look at. To be honest I would have never thought about getting a Mercedes from that interaction and would have went through with buying a Toyota Camry. We sat in one of the Mercedes CLA class admiring the artwork of the car when Mike Sales approached us, he said that he observed the interaction between us and the lady and offered to answer more questions that we had, rather than just telling us to come back in when we are in a buying mentality. We went to his office and explained why Mercedes is a well known brand and has the reputation it has. I became interested and began to get excited about how we could be open to get a Mercedes. Mike answered all of my questions and went the extra mile to explain the difference between leases and buying a car with the benefits and downsides of both ends. We immediately thought we should take the extra step and look around other dealerships to see if we could find the same service, but non of the dealerships treated us with the same kindness that Mike showed us. If you ever think about Mercedes think Mike Sales and he will take care of you without any regrets or question in your mind. More
Amazing Experience My husband and I decided to get a new car and were searching around for a while before coming to Mercedes in Riverside. My Husband was set on getting a Toyota but I thought it would be appropriate to check out Mercedes. We walked in and admired to $160,000 cars in the lobby and sat inside them. We felt nervous because we never sat inside of a Mercedes before, but a lady approached us and joked about how when we win the lottery we can come back for the car and showed us the cheaper cars and gave us a brochure and a business card to call her back when we're more serious in buying one of their cars. So sitting in the Mercedes CLA, the car we bought, Mike approached us and saw how we were treated and offered to just show us how Mercedes can be affordable and not break the bank. He was super informative and very respectable on how he handled the situation. He made sure that we were taken care of. I give Mike Sales a 5 star review because if he didn't approach us we would have gone with Toyota but because he educated us on how Mercedes works we ended up getting a 2018 Mercedes CLA exactly how my Husband wanted it. If you ever have any questions or if you're just looking around, ask for Mike Sales and he will be more than happy to take care of you. He is not a pushy sales guy and you can tell he is not there just for the money. I highly recommend Mike Sales. More
