Consistent good service. Walter's has a well-organized staff. From the time someone checked me in upon arrival to being led to my preferred service advisor, to registering wha Walter's has a well-organized staff. From the time someone checked me in upon arrival to being led to my preferred service advisor, to registering what I wanted done with my car and being shared with pre-service advice took only a few pleasant minutes. Estimated length of service was dead on, and payment was at the desk of the service advisor so no time wasted on my part lining for the cashier. Car was cleaned inside and outside, parked pointing to the exit, and I comfortably drove off as soon as I was handed my key. More

I came to Walters a week after being re I would just like to take a moment to give Richard Akigbe from Walters Mercedes of Riverside a 5 star review. I came to Walters a week after being rear ended and only one day after being told my GLK 350 was a total loss by insurance. I had no idea what I wanted nor was I prepared necessarily to purchase a new vehicle. I wasn't sure if I wanted another GLK, or something different. I knew I did want something with more room. I was immediately greeted by Richard and I must say he was so welcoming and really down to earth with is my kind of person. I like to be made to feel welcome and comfortable. Especially given the circumstances. Richard shared my love of the GLK. He introduced me to many people who also worked there and told them my story. He took me up to see a couple cars and he was so knowledgable about all the features. I told him I loved my GLK 350 but wanted something with more room. He showed me a GLC 300 which I immediately feel in love with. At no point did he rush me or pressure me. He was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. And there were a lot. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out with my new GLC 300, he was right there helping me every step of the way. Down to carrying my car seat for me and arranging to have my rental dropped off for me. I could not have asked for a better experience. He even sat in the car with me before I drove it off and programmed my phone, and all the other features, walked me through the radio, Satellite radio, picking stations, lighting preferences, and even tried to program my garage door which has never worked in any of my Mercedes but Richard gave it a shot anyway. He's just an all around great guy. I felt like he cared that I was happy with my purchase and that I was getting something that would suit my needs. I just felt so taken care of. I can't say it enough. I hope I won't need another car anytime soon, but if I do, Richard is my man. I bought my last two at house of imports. He's going to be my reason to visit Walters again for any further car buying needs. I'm sold. Thank you again Richard. I love my new car and drove it to say goodbye to my GLK. You truly made a bad day a good one for me. More
