REcall and routine maintenance visit My experience overall was a good one. I responded to a smart recall notice to have an engine pad replaced and at the same time had a regular periodic My experience overall was a good one. I responded to a smart recall notice to have an engine pad replaced and at the same time had a regular periodic check up and oil change. I received excellent service from my service manager, David Greene. he had several recommendations of items that may need attention in the future for my 2008, 51,000 mile smart Passion. I was surprised that Walters will no longer be handling the sales of smart and I wonder If I need to find smart service closer to where I live in Redlands. At any rate, Walters has give me good service and this time due to the length of the service call, they arranged for a smart car for me to use during the day. More

Great service at Walter’s - Service Rep Cody Burt I was immediately seen upon arrival. Once a solution to the issue had been determined, Cody Burt contacted me and provided a loaner car. Walters also I was immediately seen upon arrival. Once a solution to the issue had been determined, Cody Burt contacted me and provided a loaner car. Walters also made it easy for me to trade in my loaner car for one that was more accommodating (CLA was much too small for me). Car was finished on time and best of all, the repairs were done under warranty without me having to insist that they should be covered under warranty like I’ve had to do for other cars. I really liked that Cody kept me informed via text as opposed to leaving a voice mail because it allowed me to get back to him when I had time vs stopping what I’m doing to take a call or trying to chase him down with trying to call back. It was also a good way for our exchanges to be documented so when I had to explain the issue to my wife at some point in the future, I had exact diagnosis without having to try to remember what I was told/make something up. More
