I was very pleased with my service advisor Oscar Medina. He worked with me on a very difficult situation. I originally brought in my 2024 CLA 250 for a check engine light that was requiring extensive testi He worked with me on a very difficult situation. I originally brought in my 2024 CLA 250 for a check engine light that was requiring extensive testing to determine the cause. In the meantime my other Mercedes a GLK350 also had a check engine light. The problem with it was more severe . So I asked Oscar if I could bring in the GLK350 and swap it with my CLA250 since it required feedback from Mercedes support. He was very gracious and set it all up. I brought in the GLK350 and they had it repaired the following day. I returned and dropped off the CLA250 so they could continue working on it. I drove home in the GLK350 totally repaired. Needless to say my wife was ecstatic! I applaud the outstanding service I received from Oscar Medina. Walter’s Mercedes should be proud to have employee like him! More
