No hassle! Fast, Efficient and Professional Took my 2018 GLC 300 in for service because I noticed a service message warning with the following: “Auto Light Function Inoperative”. When I arrived at the dealership for the service appt. the service message was no longer showing (my luck). My Service Advisor David Greene, suggested the vehicle be inspected (just to be on the safe side), while I waited for the courtesy wash. Turns out, service message came on while the vehicle was being inspected and a sensor needed to be replaced. Service Advisor David Greene was able to order the part, get me in a loaner vehicle and had the work completed same day. No hassle! Fast, Efficient, Courteous work.
