We stopped in at Walter’s Mercedes in Riverside. It was our second stop of the day and we were planning to test drive and then move on. Dina Backer approach us and asked what we were looking for. She took us upstairs where the new cars are kept and showed us a couple that met our criteria. She offered to take us on a test drive. I instantly fell in love with the Mercedes that we were looking at. On the test drive Dina pointed out a lot of the luxury features and options on the car and knew a lot about car that we were interested in. When we got back to the showroom Dina took us to her desk and asked us what it would take to get our business. My husband started talking seriously with her about purchasing the car. Dina was so professional, she was not too pushy but yet she conveyed that she was willing to do whatever she could to win our business. I really liked the way Dina gave us space to talk, but was aggressive enough to push the sale forward. I would give Dina a ten on a scale of one to ten. After we negotiated a bit we were able to settle on a great price then Dina escorted us upstairs to financing. We were assisted in the finance department by Andy Towns. He was also very professional, not pushy. He did offer us a few add on items like a discount on future services, etc. After financing was in place we were again greeted downstairs by Dina Backer who took the time to sit with us in our new car and explain every feature, button and option on the car. It was a lot of information, but I’m very glad she took the time to go over it all. Even though there was a lot I probably didn’t retain at least I have a general idea of all the features and where I can access them on the car. Dina knew that Mercedes inside and out. When our car was delivered to us there was full tank of gas, a giant bow on the hood, and the car was completely detailed. I was very impressed. Perhaps the most impressive thing that Dina did for us was to reach out the next day to see how we were liking the car and to answer any additional questions. She even sent me a link for instructions on how to program my garage door to the car. She gave me her cell number and told me that she available for questions or concerns at any time. I highly recommend Dina Backer. If you are looking for a new Mercedes be sure to ask for her, you won’t be disappointed in her attentive service. More

He made sure I got the vehicle I wanted, drove it 25 miles to me and brought the paperwork to my wife & Gordon made everything easy and trouble-free.
