She called me very frantic , I found her location on the freeway and got her safely out of the traffic and proceeded to call Mercedes Road Side Assistance 2 hrs later still on the side of freeway in the rain and 42 deg thanks to Mercedes Road Side Assistance. my wife said call Alex I said Alex do not work on the weekends she said lets try , thank God he was working for another advisor he said get it to him ASAP and for us to be safe. so I call for assistance from another agency and they had us on the way to see Alex in 20 minutes. Alex got us checked in told us to have something hot in the lounge to warm up and he would have us on our way. sure enough we were in and out . Thanks Again Alex for all your help. More

I took the time to test drive several other cars that might have fulfilled my needs, but came back here in the end. No one pressured me to make a quick decision. I especially like the friendly and honest way to get to the bottom line. I didn't have to go through multiple levels of management or play any games. He went over every thing that was checked and told me about the recall but quickly assured me that it wasn’t a danger to my safety and that I could bring it in in the next couple of weeks and I would be provided with a loaner. She was friendly, professional, informative and personable. We explained to her what we were interested in. She showed us a 2019 GLC 300. It was perfect. It had every thing we wanted, even the color was amazing. She knew what we wanted and needed. It's like she has a sixth sense. We went for a test drive and we were sold. When we returned we went to her office to make the deal. In less than an hour we had a deal and we were signing the necessary paperwork while service was getting our car ready. Jackie was and is fantastic. She has a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor. She knows and understands. She's fun and this too is important. She handed us the keys to our new car and gave us a brief inservice. I had forgotten my cell phone so she invited me to come back the next day so she could sync my car and phone together. It was a joy to see her again and again she was most knowledgeable and helpful. When I buy my next Mercedes I only want to deal with Jackie. She goes the extra mile!!!!!!!!!!! More
