Very Disappointed Return MB Customer I was contacted via text from Jackie stating that I had returned a loaner car with severe damage to drivers side and was being shamed for not informin I was contacted via text from Jackie stating that I had returned a loaner car with severe damage to drivers side and was being shamed for not informing them of this damage. However, an inspection was not performed on this vehicle when it was returned and I was unaware of this damage and therefore I did not report it. I was told in this text and also on multiple phone conversations that video footage had been reviewed proving the damage was there when I returned the loaner vehicle and they needed my insurance information to file a claim. I was very confident this damage was not there when the car was returned and the car did not get inspected for 16.5 hours after return based on the time stamp of the pictures I was sent. Therefore, I asked for the video coverage they had proving this damage was there. I was given the run around that whole day. I called back 4 days later for a status and was told they could not see the driver side in any of there footage. As I excepted I was wrongly accused and lied to over and over again because the ball was dropped by multiple people at Walter Mercedes and no one wants to admit to the lack of competency or give an apology, I would tread very lightly with the people at Walters as they are very unprofessional and dishonest people. I also left a message with the Sales Manager Frank Serrano and have not received a call back. More

Let me start off with how insanely packed the service department was when I came. So I brought my car in for a regular service. I contacted my service advisor a couple days before and he reassured me that either of the days I had planned would work for his service center. I brought it on a Friday late morning and they had it done by the end of the day. I could not be more pleased. From the moment I dropped it off, I was greeted and taken care of. I usually make ride arrangements before dropping off my car BUT if I didn't have that they have a shuttle service to accommodate me. When my car was done it was a very quick check out and had my car pulled up moments later! If you want a hassle-free service center I HIGHLY recommend these guys. More

They had it delivered from the Anaheim branch and I simply came in to sign and take our new company van home. Great service all around. More

Customer Service and Sales is a problem! I got a 2017 Mercedes E-CLASS 300 Certified Pre-Owned from this location. BTW, this is my first time buying from this location and Walters, and probab I got a 2017 Mercedes E-CLASS 300 Certified Pre-Owned from this location. BTW, this is my first time buying from this location and Walters, and probably my last. I had read some good reviews from the web about Walters so I thought I will give it a shot. I am going to keep the sales associate information private here because I don’t think he has anything to do with it. It's probably just the way they deal with customers. The experience from the start was not pleasant at all. Apart from the back and forth on negotiation, which, is expected, I wasn't even given a clean car to go home with. That is just bad!!! They kept on backing out on their own numbers while negotiating. Which is weird, but I accepted it as a non-issue. In any event, the tire pressure was not adjusted when they handed me the car, to a point that on my drive back home I had to fill in air in my tires while it was raining. I had to clean the car myself because it was dirty from inside. My wife asked me on first look of the car if the dealer even bothered to clean the car at all. Okay, that is not it. I noticed that there are slight bumps on the side of my car, the driver side door. Which, they didn't even mention. Mind you this is a certified pre-owned 2017 Mercedes E 300. When I got the problem to their attention, I was told to bring the car in the next time so they can take care of it. I bring the car to the dealership again after a week to realize that they couldn't completely get rid of the bumps. I was promised a detailed car wash because I didn't get one the time, I got the car, that didn't happen either. I was told that the wait is an hour or more to get one. Would they ask me to wait if I was buying the car that day? probably not. I don’t think they put any efforts to at least pretend that they were trying to take care of me and my concerns. I have been a Mercedes owner for close to 8 years now and have traded and got new/pre-owned Mercedes from other Mercedes dealer, but never had this kind of experience before. My wife, friends, family and in my professional network many people drive a Mercedes, but we never had such bad buying experience. In retrospect, this location is big, maybe too big for my needs and that maybe my fault of doing business with them. They maybe the best in Riverside, but I don’t think I am going to recommend anyone to Walters for their Mercedes needs. It's best that I look at other Mercedes dealers for the regular servicing of my Mercedes because I am afraid that their careless attitude can possibly damage my vehicle. If you are desperate to get a Mercedes and don’t care about customer service, the state of the vehicle you buy, and they are giving you a *fair* deal then maybe Walters can fit the bill. If not, there are other Mercedes dealers 20-30 miles from this location which are probably much better than this one. They have got to focus on their customer service and experience to facilitate new and repeat business. More
