When Alex was helping another customer, the service department sent Joseph Loera to begin checking in the car. While we were waiting, he was able to walk me through a number of questions I had about my electronic systems. I told him he should be "The Tutor for Senior Citizens." Everyone at the dealership have been helpful and professional every time I have brought my car in fro service. More
